DrawAndShoot is brand new (started in 2008). Step 1 is to build up the bank of photographs, step 2 is to market them. Therefore we are offering amazing royalty rates to photographers and artists to encourage you to help us get going.

Terms & Conditions for Contributing Images
Terms & Conditions Version 1.2, 30/3/8

You must provide:

• your full name
• your current address and any other addresses you have had over the last 3 years
• identification to confirm your current address; this can include original photocopies of your passport, driving licence or 2 utilities bills.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
2. Images must be wholly owned by the person who is registered and who uploads the images.
3. Images not contain any copyrighted material including photos, logos, trademarks, paintings, sculptures, exhibits unless you include a property release form by the copyright owner at the same time.
4. Images must not contain your own watermark, website name or copyright notice. We will protect your images with our watermark and copyright tag.
5. Submissions containing an adult (age 18+) must be accompanied by a completed model release form. Submissions containing a minor (under 18) must be accompanied by a completed model release form signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
Further documentation is required if the minor is paid or taken out of school for the shoot.
6. We will not accept images including nudity if they do not have artistic merit or are explicit and at our sole discretion. The model must look at least age 25 and you must submit a photo ID of the model.
7. You must not submit any material that is abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful or threatening in any way.
8. If you are owed any royalties at the end of the year, we will send a letter to your postal address asking you to confirm your address and payment details. Royalties will be sent by return when you have confirmed receipt.
9. You agree that DrawAndShoot have the right to remove or edit any of your images at any time.
10. You agree that your images will be available royalty free from DrawAndShoot.co.uk and DrawAndShoot.com at a size where at least one side is a maximum of 300 pixels.
11. You agree that your images are royalty free to anybody who purchases them from DrawAndShoot.co.uk or DrawAndShoot.com in return for your royalty payment and they can use them in any way subject to the purchases conditions listed on the DrawAndShoot websites.
12. Note that you can request removal of your pictures, but due to the time and money spent processing your images, you must give a notice period of 6 months, after which time your pictures will be removed.
13. You shall defend, indemnify and hold DrawAndShoot harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, action, cost and expense including attorneys fees and costs resulting from claims made against DrawAndShoot by any third party which arises out of or in connection with your images.
