Model Information
I grant the above mentioned Photographer permission to photograph me. I further grant the Photographer and any licensees or assignees the absolute right to use the photographs and any other reproductions or adaptations from the above mentioned photographic shoot. I understand that the image shall be deemed to represent an imaginary person unless specfically agreed otherwise in writing by the photographer. I agree that I have no rights to the images and that all rights to the images belong to the artist above. I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual. I agree that the law of England will apply to this release.
